All plans are monthly subscriptions. You're billed on the same calendar date each month, starting from your sign-up date. Plans auto-renew until you decide otherwise, and you can switch, pause, or cancel anytime through your client portal.

It depends on what you've got. If you have existing brand photos or assets, we'll use those. If you're starting from scratch, we'll source premium stock photography or go the graphic design route, whatever fits your brand best. We'll figure it out together during onboarding.

Once onboarding is complete, you’ll receive your first batch of marketing assets within 7-10 business days. Our assets are always human-made (no AI slop), so our delivery timelines balance your need for speed with your right to high-quality content.

You’ll have access to a client portal with a dedicated account manager who can be reached via live chat or email for questions, project updates, and more. You can always expect a response within 24 hours, usually much faster.

Nope. You connect your social media accounts through the official integrations inside our scheduling platform. No passwords needed, ever.

You can cancel anytime, directly inside your client portal. Just hit 'cancel subscription' and you're done. No calls, no emails, no hassle.

Your satisfaction is important to us. If our initial assets don’t hit the mark, we’ll use your feedback to keep tweaking. You’ll receive three rounds of revisions in the first month and one round of revisions every month that follows. Along the way, you can work directly with your account manager to make sure our assets are meeting your needs.

Absolutely. Your assets are created by real creative marketing specialists, not AI. We do not recycle content, and every deliverable is customized to your brand, voice, audience, and goals. The more detail you share in your onboarding form, the more we can personalize your content.

Your first month includes two rounds of revisions, followed by one round of revisions each month after that. If the service still does not meet your expectations after you participate in the revision process, new customers may request a full refund of their eligible initial subscription fee within 14 calendar days of receiving their first batch.

The guarantee applies to the initial subscription only. Renewals, add-ons, one-time purchases, and approved or used deliverables are not eligible for a refund. We also provide a dedicated account manager and live support throughout your subscription.
